Terms of Service
These terms cover use of this website. Client work is governed separately by the proposal and contract we sign with you — where the two differ, the signed contract wins.
1. Agreement
By browsing this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update them from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
2. What this site is
This is a portfolio and enquiry site. Everything on it — including service descriptions, case studies, and articles — is provided for information. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us first. Nothing here creates a client relationship; that begins only when we both sign a written agreement.
3. Case studies shown here
The projects presented in our Work section are clearly labelled concept projects. They are self-initiated pieces created by Annabling Marketing to demonstrate capability. The brands featured in them are invented for that purpose and are not real clients. Any resemblance to an existing company is unintentional.
Testimonial quotes shown alongside those concept projects are illustrative and attributed to the concept work, not to real named clients. We label them as such wherever they appear.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage or overload it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its server, or connected infrastructure;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content except as a search engine indexing it normally;
- submit false information, other people's personal data, or malicious content through the enquiry form;
- misrepresent our work as your own, or present our concept projects as real client outcomes.
5. Intellectual property
The Annabling Marketing name, logo, and the design, code, copy, illustrations, and case study material on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site freely, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, or adapt substantial portions of it commercially without our written consent.
Ownership of work produced during a client engagement is set out in that project's contract, not here.
6. Enquiries you send us
Please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the enquiry form — treat it as an introduction, not a secure channel. Where you do share project information with us, we will treat it in confidence and use it only to respond to and scope your enquiry. If you need formal protection before sharing details, ask us and we will put an NDA in place first. How we handle the data itself is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice, including updating or removing case studies.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website — including indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Annabling Marketing is established, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
