Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to describe how the site actually behaves rather than to cover every hypothetical.
1. Who we are
Annabling Marketing ("we", "us") is a design and digital marketing studio. This policy covers the information handled through this website. If you have any question about it, use the contact details in section 9.
2. What we collect
We collect two kinds of information, and only two:
- Information you deliberately give us. When you submit the project enquiry form, we receive the name, email address, company, service interest, budget range, and project details you typed into it. Nothing in that form is pre-filled or collected in the background.
- Standard server logs. Like almost all websites, our host records ordinary technical request data — IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. This is a byproduct of serving the site and is used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for, and this site has no facility to accept, payment card details, government identification, or any special-category personal data.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. There is no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no cross-site advertising identifier. That is also why you are not being shown a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.
If that changes, this section will be updated before the change goes live, and a consent mechanism will be added where the law requires one.
4. Third parties
The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve those files, Google receives your IP address and basic request information. We do not control that processing; it is governed by Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party service receives your data through normal browsing.
Our hosting provider processes the server logs described in section 2 on our behalf.
5. Why we use your information
Enquiry form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: to reply to you and, if it goes further, to discuss and scope the work you asked about. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis for handling enquiry data is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch. Server logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Enquiries that turn into engagements are retained for the life of the project and afterwards only as long as we need them for contractual, tax, or accounting obligations. Server logs are held for a short operational period and then rotated out.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate details corrected;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- complain to your national data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We will respond within one month. Because we hold very little, most requests are quick to resolve.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is kept in access-controlled accounts limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, so please do not send confidential material through the enquiry form — wait until we have agreed a secure channel.
9. Contact
For anything relating to this policy or your data, email hello@annabling.com.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date below and, where the change affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
